19 with chest pain and other concerning symptoms...?

I won't tell you to visit your doctor, but to go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital. Although you are very young, your symptoms sound like a heart attack and you certainly don't want to play around with that!! Sure, it could be a very severe case of indigestion, but do you want to chance it? I wouldn't! If you are experiencing pain right now and it's bad and has not let up all day, please allow your boyfriend to take you to the ER.
