My flatmates are really lazy, the kitchens a mess what do i do?

there are mouldy loafs of bread that are completely green and rubbish everywhere. i dont want to shake the boat and ask them to empty the bin, but its intolerable. i have been away for two weeks so i know none of the mess is mine, so i think they should tidy it up
