You did not mention your age,from your symptoms one has to rule out some causes by proper investigations-probable causes could be-Cervical rib syndrome where nerve roots of the hand are being pressed against cervical ribs,2)Gastritis,3)Heart attacks also has similar symptoms,4)migranous aura where above symptoms can be followed by a head aches,TIA(transient ischemic attacks)where people will have sudden dizziness.So this needs investigations and treatment has to be planned accordingly.
