I am very angry right now, what the hell?

My brother's friend just got kicked off a greyhound bus, for buy a beer at a gas station, he had not opened it, and even offered to throw away the unopened bottle, but they refused to let him back on, now he is stranded 4 hours from his destination. We can't afford to drive 4 hours there, and back, but we have to, to go get him. The poor guy saved for nearly a six months to afford his ticket. (He can't do flights, he gets deathly ill) And it's past operation hours, and we can't call the bus company. He doesn't have the money to pay for a motel, nor a taxi. I am very angry at this bus company right now, for stranding a older man in the middle of no where. What do we do about this? My sister is a full time student, and my brother is unable to drive, she is so tired, and has to go pick up my brother's friend. This is absolutely intolerable!
