Which is worse - emotional cheating or physical cheating?

I have been physically cheated on numerous times by my ex spouse. It HURTS!!! I don't consider "emotional cheating" as cheating per se. They can say this or that to the other person, BUT to be actually touching" another person to me hurts far worse. At our last counseling mtg. the counselor diagnosed him as a "womanizer" & was told to get counseling for that along with his alcoholism! I tho't if he got sober such as I had some 20+ yrs. ago, we'd at least have a chance at our marriage. After finding out the "truth", I KNEW there was NO hope. I accepted it, told him no more, & dropped a ton of weight off my shoulders. I was finally FREE to go on with my life & find happiness which I'm grateful I have...:)
