Full body workout from any activity?
Ive always hated working out with weights, i do it anyway because i like the results obviously but that doesnt make it any more fun for me. Something about just standing around in one place, lifting things up, and blah blah blah. Is there any sport or activity I can pick up that would garner me the same results, and I wouldnt have to work out anymore? Dont get me wrong, please dont bash me and go "blah blah blah diet and exercise no cheating no quick fix!" im not looking for that, im in good shape, im just bored and its too hot outside to be inside all day!
