You could tell your parents in a really hurt way, start acting depressed, then your parents will believe you. Then that problem is done and out of the way. Next, tell your brother what a beast his wife is, however much he gets offended. Then, lock your room door or get someone from the phone book to literally get you a lock. Your parents already understand so they'll let you. Then that fat thing won't bother you that much. Maybe start intruding on her like she does on you, maybe more. I wouldn't advise insults or anything as she could hurt you literally and I don't want that cos of my stupid advise, she could hurt your brother but I doubt that. Good luck!
