How to deal with a mum going through menopause?

i really can relate to this although me and my mom aren't that close. i writ it REALLY helps me its a place i can say anything i want about anything. find something you like and do it if you can (like for me it's my religion (JW) and swimming) so yes she can't help it but you can help and you are by trying to figure a way to stay sain. i think that's really good and super nice that you want the help. i really hope this helps
