How to get rid of hives?

I am going through the exact same thing right now. I am a girl who will be 15 next week and for the last week I have broken out in hives EVERYWHERE. I didn't take a shower one night and the hives were still eerywhere, meaning my soap and shampoo probably didn't cause it. I would take a shower, and take Benedryl. I am still looking for a cure as well and have heard that ice helps, and Cortizone 10 works short term for me. The doctors may not find what you are exactly allergic to, so it isnt worth the money you spend at the ER. Also I heard that stessing makes them itch even more, so calm yourself. Good luck.
