I'm addicted to pills. Help?

Last summer I had a surgery and after I was given vicodin. After I got better, I still had vicodin left. I took some for the buzz, and nowim addicted. I'm 14 and already have an addiction to pills? I've tried to stop, but I feel like I wanna bash my head into a wall. I feel terrible about myself now. How do I stop my addiction?
