Is there a court in scotland higher than the court of sessions?

The court of sessions is the civil court in scotland but is there a higher court in scotland that can deal with civil law. My experience with the court of sessions is that the working class cannot challenge the wealthy due to lack of money so justice fails at the front door of the court. What is the point of a court to have justice for all mankind when only the rich have the funds to pay for justice whether right or wrong. the Lords will pass judgement in favour of the Paying side as no opposition means judgement granted in your absence no matter what. IT ALL MAKES ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. MY NEW WAR CRY, THE REVOLT WILL BEGIN SOON.
