Why do people on Youtube and other sites have people bashing people over grammar ?

Spelling mistakes are ok when you are typing fast but in my opinion there is no excuse for bad grammar. It saves no time to write I done instead of I did. Or there instead of their. It's as much of a mistake as saying 1+1=3.
